Clece promotes collaboration between the private, public and association sectors in order to guarantee access to employment for vulnerable people under equal conditions, and to continue to move forward with respect to the challenge of inclusion.

To do this, Clece collaborates closely with the Third Sector. This consists of social entities that make it possible to detect the majority of professional profiles and to actively recruit people from vulnerable collectives. Last year, Clece Social signed 40 new agreements with associations, foundations and other social entities.

Clece also transfers the great value that comes with recruiting from disadvantaged collectives to its clients, both public and private. This is reflected in aspects such as the quality of services or commitment to responsible recruitment, through this seeking their involvement in a project that is for everyone.
