Awareness Raising

Over recent years we have seen a gradual change in attitude on the part of companies. They have started to create more diverse and inclusive environments. From the beginning, Clece Social has worked to generate a climate that is favourable to integration, contributing to breaking down barriers to inclusion within the workplace.

Focusing on the environment through awareness raising actions is a key axis of Clece’s Social Project. Last year there were more than 300 initiatives impacting around 100,000 people. Amongst others, the third edition of the Compromiso Awards and the eighth edition of the Integration Colloquium-Forum. Clece has also promoted special campaigns in support of International Day for the Elimination of Gender-Based Violence, and International Disability Day.

Clece Social has also participated in other entities’ initiatives, such as the Adecco Foundation’s campaign “El consultor del buen rollo” (Good Times Consultant) and the fifth “Hay Salida” (There is a Way Out) race against gender-based violence organised by the magazine Mia and newspaper 20 Minutos.
