To improve social situations that create disadvantage with respect to employment, Clece focuses its efforts on workplace integration, effectively incorporating those from disadvantaged collectives within the workforce. It also undertakes important awareness raising work in the struggle against stereotypes and prejudice that impede their access to the labour market.

These two axes, workplace integration and awareness raising, represent two aspects of the same objective: social inclusion.
