VERY MUCH OUR PROJECT

Over the last four years, Clece has doubled the number of workers who come from socially vulnerable collectives. These now represent 10.7% of its workforce.

This figure would not be possible without the involvement of the company at all levels in dedicating the necessary resources required for awareness raising and internal training, in addition to the efficient integration of follow-up and support.

However, encouraging equality of opportunity is not only a social question. It is also a matter for business, as the benefits are reciprocal. These collectives represent an enormous source of capability and talent. They improve team working, motivation and productivity, in addition to generating greater employee commitment.
