“Work can totally change your life. Human beings need to feel useful”

“Clece called me in February. In March I would have had to leave my home. It was as if they had thrown me a life line”. This is how Isaac remembers the moment he found a job after facing years of personal and professional complications. “To tell me that one day or the next I am not going to be able to use my body, carry things or make any physical effort. For me, it was a shock. I couldn’t believe it. It took me two years to present my disability papers” he recalls. In 2012 he started work at Talher, a subsidiary of Clece’s Environmental Services. “Work can totally change your life. Human beings need to feel useful” When you are disabled, you are in this situation. They give you a job, and the happiness is immense. For yourself and your family” he recounts.
