Clece trains 14 people in the first edition of the High Performance Programme

Madrid, 11 July 2014. Clece has completed the first edition of the High Performance Programme, an innovative training programme aimed at middle managers with high potential to help them optimise their performance levels.

Fourteen people linked to services management in different activities within Clece were the first to take part in the programme, as part of the company’s training plan. Among their other professional merits, they were selected for their impressive skills assessment, good business results, for having completed the Advanced Development Programme (which also forms part of the company’s training plan), for their formal education in line with business interests and their geographic availability.

The aim of the High Performance Programme is to accelerate the process for this management category by providing specific skills related to the position and by developing other skills considered key to achieving greater levels of success in their professional performance. The methodology is predominantly practical, based on an advanced approach to the different possible circumstances in services management. For eight months the participants have had to tackle resolving critical cases, both individually and as a groups, for which they have benefited from top-level trainers.

The pragmatic nature of the methodology and the profile of the trainers were two of the elements most highly rated by the participants. They also highlighted their achievements resulting from teamwork, the ability analyse other realities of the organisation, and exchange experiences and knowledge to help them improve in their professional activity.

To continue evolving the participants’ managerial skills, Clece will be complementing the programme with further occasional training measures.
