INTEGRA CEE REINFORCES ITS COMMITMENT TO THE CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT OF THOSE WITH FUNCTIONAL DIVERSITY

  • Clece’s Special Employment Centre, Integra CEE, has set up Integra Formación [Integra Development], a centre which offers companies and organisations advice on and support for the development of people with any form of physical, psychological or sensory diversity.

The Integra CEE Group has commenced its Integra Development project by opening a 360º development centre which offers advice and support to companies and organisations, in addition to continuous and personalized development for professionals with functional diversity. It aims to improve their capabilities in areas such as auxiliary services, administration, cleaning services, home help and social and health care, the prevention of risks at work, leadership, team management and professional competencies etc.

Since it opened in March this year, the centre has welcomed around 1,500 participants wishing to acquire new knowledge and capabilities or to recycle and improve those they already have.

Integra Formación has a highly qualified team of professionals with more than 14 years experience in the sector and who perform a dual role. On the one hand, they offer consultancy and integrated management to companies and entities. This ranges from providing consultancy and needs analysis in order to design tailor-made development plans, through to administering processes, content management, operational logistics and the outsourcing of processes. Integra Formación professionals also offer general or specific development, as required or on a continuous basis, for professionals with functional diversity. The aim is to help them acquire, improve or recycle their capabilities and competencies.

To achieve this, it provides a centre of more than 500 m2 distributed over 4 spacious development classrooms, two with IT facilities, and one of which is a classroom-workshop with machinery for practical training. There are also recreation areas and a catering zone. The whole complex is designed for maximum accessibility. Likewise, it has technology and teaching facilities which are specifically adapted to the individual development needs and profiles of professionals.

And finally, it is worth highlighting that the Community of Madrid has certified the Integra Formación centre as a provider of training in Cleaning Surfaces and Furniture in Buildings and Offices and Auxiliary Administrative and General Services. Currently, it is progressing accreditation as a Training Centre for Private Security and Certification in Social and Health Care in the Home and Social and Health Care for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions.
