SENIOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM VII COMPLETED
• 35 Heads of Service have completed 250 hours of training in the program which aims to develop the technical competencies required in their area.
Madrid, 20th July, 2016. Clece’s VII Senior Development Program, PSD, has been successfully completed by 35 Heads of Service. Thanks to the training program, Heads of Service have been able to develop the technical competencies required in their respective areas.
Lasting a year and a half and involving 250 hours training, the PSD program provides professionals with a broad overview of the business and develops their knowledge across all areas involved in the management of services. To achieve this, the program methodology uses modular evaluations, practical exercises, examinations, simulations and working groups in each of the three specialisms: Cleaning, Maintenance and General.
At the closing event for program VII, Purificación González Pérez, Clece’s Director of Human Resources, congratulated all the participants, highlighting the “efforts made to meet the demands of your job and at the same time those of the senior training program. It demonstrates the commitment and involvement of Clece professionals, who make the company a benchmark in its market and a leader in many of the sectors in which it operates”.
At the closing event, in addition to the diplomas presented to 35 Heads of Service, individual awards were given in recognition of the work and training undertaken, and also special awards for the best results achieved.
Participants have given positive feedback on the PSD program, emphasising amongst other aspects, its applicability to day-to-day work, and also the economic-finance area advanced workshop. The program continues to increase theoretical and practical knowledge of the management of services.
The PSD technical module content for the next program will be updated, for example, with changes to the management scorecard and Facility Management. This will ensure that Clece continues to provide a very valuable corporate program for key positions within the company.
