CLECE improves its position in airport sector by buying shares from Eagle
CLECE Group is continuing its strong commitment to the growth of its airport activity, evidenced by its purchase of shares in Clever Handling Services from Eagle (Evergreen International Aviation).
After this share purchase, shareholdings in Clever are as follows: 100% owned by Grupo CLECE at Malaga airport and 70% Grupo CLECE and 30% Iberia at the airports of Lanzarote and Fuerteventura.
After this transaction, Grupo CLECE has further increased its presence in the airport services sector. Its consolidation as a reference shareholder in Clever completes a successful progression of growth in the provision of ground handling services.
Clever Handling Services performs its activity at the airports of Malaga, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura. With a staff of over 400 experienced professionals, Clever offers ground handling services to aircraft and passengers.
