Health Department Maintenance in Osuna
Clece has been awarded the Health Management Department maintenance contract in Osuna, Seville, amounting to 1.82 million euros in two years.
The area includes, in addition to the Hospital concerned, the Hospital of La Merced, in Osuna, and another 35 centres assigned to these, located in the different municipal districts in the surrounding area.
The service commenced on 1st April 2006, under a contract till 31st March 2008, that may be extended for a further two years.
The Hospital of La Merced is sited on a 44,950 m2 plot of land, with a total built up area of 72,159 m2. It has 300 beds, with the hospitalisation units, laboratories and relevant services of a regional hospital.
This award proves the fact of the continual growth of the maintenance division at Clece in the Andalucian health sector, managing a total of 9 public hospitals, with an annual figure of 4.31 million euros and three private hospitals, with an annual amount of 0.34 million euros.
Maintenance of these services includes, among others, the air conditioning systems, boilers, generators, electrical systems, water conduits, fire protection systems, transformer centres, etc.
