Integrated management of buildings for Endesa, Spain.
In 2015 Clece was awarded a contract for the integrated management of 218 buildings belonging to the Endesa Group in Spain. The contract was for a period of 5 years and is worth 33.7 million Euros. Due to its uniqueness and size it is probably one of the most important Facility Management contracts within the tertiary sector in Spain.

2014, Clece was awarded a contract for the integrated management of 65 public buildings in seven Municipal Authorities in the Arganzuela, Chamartín, Chamberí, Barajas, Carabanchel, Ciudad Lineal and Hortaleza Districts. In 2015, a further contract was awarded for the integrated management of the “Matadero Madrid” cultural space which is a benchmark for the capital covering 32,000 square metres, in addition to cleaning other centres belonging to the Municipal Authorities of Carabanchel and a district in Chamartín.
