Clece’s Social Project involves an absolute commitment to inclusion in order that everyone can access equal job opportunities, with no discrimination based on disabilities or social circumstances.

The social project is aimed at very different vulnerable collectives, such as the victims of gender-based violence, people with functional differences, those at risk of exclusion, and the young unemployed. Based on this philosophy, diversity has become the key Clece value. 10.7% of Clece’s workers are from these collectives.

Social and institutional cooperation is indispensable in turning workplace inclusion into a reality. For this reason Clece collaborates with 350 associations, foundations, and social and public entities, creating an indivisible chain that leads to the employment and independence of those who experience difficulties.
