The certificate giving was a TUI reward to our personnel and Base Management excellence at work after exceeding expectations in relation to punctuality, excess baggage collection as well as other quality targets and performance. Also the surveys handed out by TUI passengers show an excellent qualitative evaluation on our delivered airport services.
