CLECE ACHIEVES EFR CERTIFICATION FOR MANAGING WORK-LIFE BALANCE

Clece has obtained the efr certificate issued by the Másfamilia Foundation and supported by the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality. This is due to policies introduced over the last few years that continue to drive improvement in quality of work, the professional development of its workers, and the workplace-integration of socially vulnerable collectives.

Certification recognises those companies and institutions that seek to manage a balance between work, family and personal commitments and that support equal opportunities and the inclusion of the most disadvantaged. To obtain the mark, Clece has undergone an extensive certification audit on the structure for managing Clece personnel who provide services in Madrid. This involved more than 368 people.

Purificación González Pérez,  Clece’s Human Resources Director commented “At Clece we support a management model which prioritises quality of work, professional development opportunities, our employees’ work-life balance, and equality of opportunity”.

Rafael Fuertes, Director General of the Másfamilia Foundation also commented that having companies committed to work-life balance through efr management means we have companies that are improving both the business and social environment.
