Cleaning, maintenance and security contract signed with Cáceres schools

25 September 2014. Cleaning, maintenance and security contract signed with Cáceres schools. The new contract was signed today at an event held at Cáceres Town Hall and attended by Elena Nevado, Mayor of Cáceres, and Francisco Lázaro, Director of the Central Regional Division of Clece.

According to Elena Nevado, for the next two school years Clece will be in charge of the cleaning service in buildings, the repair and maintenance service for building facilities, and security services for 17 public schools in Cáceres. The contract will run for two years and may be extended up to a total of four years.

Francisco Lázaro explained that “Clece is highly specialised and greatly experienced in cleaning, maintenance and security activities. And the company will put its heart and soul into this work, with the aim of living up to the trust placed in us to provide these services”.

The contract, worth €873,893.41 a year, is set to start on 1 October 2014. As a separate service, Clece will also supply the fuel for the schools’ heating systems, at an estimated cost of €167,025 a year. To improve the conditions of the contract, Clece will provide a fund of €80,000 a year.

This contract is evidence of the trust that the authorities place in the professionalism and hard work of CLECE Group, as well as the firm’s ability to manage and optimise resources in operating large contracts.
