Clece draws fifth edition of Advanced Development Programme for service managers to a close

Madrid, 26 June 2014. Clece has drawn the fifth edition of the Advanced Development Programme for 36 service managers to a close. The programme forms part of the annual training plan and is specifically designed for heads of service, a key professional category in the company’s business model.

Lasting a year and a half, the Annual Development Programme helps participants develop a comprehensive vision of the role of service manager, helping them manage their work by providing them with practical tools and specialist knowledge of the business and people management. To that end, the programme bases its content on the actual experience of the different companies in the group, and is taught using a method based on practical cases created by senior experts from both within and outside the company. Tailoring the programme to the participants ensures great flexibility, combining online and attendance-based training.

The fifth edition of the programme was drawn to a close with attendance from Javier Román Hernando, Managing Director of Clece, and HR Director Purificación González Pérez. Both encouraged the participants to make the most of the training received in their professional development, and stressed how important a strong results-driven focus is to ensure the business and its commitment to society can continue to grow.

The participants themselves were positive in their appraisal of the programme, praising the extent to which it was adapted to the specific needs of their professional category.
