Obra Social from “la Caixa” Foundation awards a prize to CLECE
Last 11th June, CLECE received an award, one of the INCORPORA Prizes. Granted by Obra Social from “la Caixa” Foundation, these awards emphasize companies with a notable integrating spirit but in the labor scope.
In this edition, CLECE won the INCORPORA Great Company Prize, specifically its Catalonia Regional Business Area. The main merits used by the jury have been their active work of hiring and integrating of people in risk of social and labor exclusion, emphasizing, in addition, the continuous CLECE collaboration with all the agents who work in this common project, turning it into a hopeful reality.
INCORPORA PROGRAM was born in 2006 in order to facilitate the incorporation to the labor world of people who have special difficulties to accede to the labor market by themselves. From the same date, CLECE Group collaborates actively with the program so and as their numbers can demonstrate: during 2008 20 people related to this project were indefinitely contracted by the company and other 20 people were temporarily contracted.
Solidarity always has been one of the principles that the activity of CLECE Group has followed. CLECE Group has always harnessed integration as an indispensable commitment in its Corporative Social Responsibility.
