LENGTHENING THE LIFE OF BUILDINGS

Clece provides comprehensive management services for more than a hundred public and private buildings, optimising resources and adapting them continually to the changing needs of the organisation and the people in it.

CLEANING EDP FACILITIES (PORTUGAL)

In February 2014, Clece was awarded the cleaning service for 100 facilities of the energy company EDP in the metropolitan area of Lisbon and central Portugal.

ENDESA MANAGEMENT

Integra CEE, the Special Employment Centre run by Clece, has strengthened its position as a leading company in the comprehensive management of services for this large company with nationwide presence.

BILBAO MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS FOUNDATION

As a result of careful energy management of the museum’s heating and electrical facilities, Clece has achieved energy cost savings of 18 percent and a 23 percent saving in terms of electric power used.

SERVICES FOR THE MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR

More than five thousand operatives will be providing different cleaning services at various facilities of Police and Civil Guard headquarters all across Spain.

TEATROS DEL CANAL AND TEATRO AUDITORIO AT SAN LORENZO DEL ESCORIAL (REGION OF MADRID)

After six years of good work, the contract has been renewed for the management and full running of both theatres in the Region of Madrid.
